I was approached by a recruiter and after my initial call with him, the Director set up an in-person interview with me. If that was satisfactory, I moved forward with her Boss (the Regional Director), then the CFO and the final interview would be the teams Lead and some employees. You also had to take some type of personality test which gave you working style. I made it to the interview with the Regional Director.
