Interview
Phone interview with hiring manager and the in-person interview with multiple managers. Basic questions about leading people and working with difficult physicians. Interview was welcoming and not intimidating. Operations director did respond to text during interview which was a bit of a turn off.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Plantation, FL) in Sep 2025
Interview
Interview process was great! They start off with a peer interview which I think all companies should do. You get to ask questions to the people who are living the job everyday. If you advance, you meet the director and providers.
Very easy and relaxed. Had a phone interview followed by in person and then met with physicians and toured clinic . Friendly and relaxed atmosphere and very relevant questions. Only drawback was I was left waiting for over 30 minutes for interview to begin.
I applied online. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Asheville, NC)
Interview
Very very slow . They have many positions available all the time since they are so large . The recruiters are good but the actual hiring managers are slow in contacting you after the interview
