HCL Asociates interview questions

Process is Simple Just an walk in interview.I go to HCL CDC at 9.00AM sharp but it's actual time is 10'o Clock.They told me to enter name and contact details such as phone no and email id.Then I wait Outside till 10AM.Then me and around 8 members sit in the room.One employee his name I forget but he is very enthusiastic he explained the process about the job post,salary packages and he wants to Check our Communication skills by talking one minute around any topics we can choose.I was chosen my topic regarding HCL and his owners,Yearly Turn Over etc but i am not selected.Only 2 are selected from our batch
