Interview
Interview had 3 rounds. HR round - Manager round - Technical test. After 1st two rounds of interview they had collected all the pay slips, offer letters and many documents but after giving the final test they didn't even communicated the result not only for me everyone who have attended the interview havent got any reply from HR's. This is one of the worst interviews i ever had. And their CTC negotiation is like begging for acceptance of lower offers. Even though they had higher budget as per their JD, they are not ready to offer the highest package to any one. Cheap behavior from HR people. After all these discussions, if they are not ready to recruit people then why the whole interview process were conducted (offline). By wasting our time, money and efforts.
