I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at HCL (Cary, NC) in Aug 2014

Interview

I went thru a staffing agency. I had to get a Drug screening done. I passed the Drug Screening. I then met with 2 different teams that were hiring. Had a face to face with the first team. I didn't like the hours of the first team so I met with the 2nd team.I had a face to face interview with the second team, I then took a computer test. Score on computer test determines knowledge and if you are a good fit for the position.

Interview

Throw email as I was located abroad. Sounded weird but once I arrived at the reception I was told immediately to not worry about cause they need me and I signed contract on the same day.

Relocation reason. Technical background. I do know that now they are evaluating people on their IT technical knowledge and linguistics but, once one or the other is fit they'll take anyone anywhere for the right price (the lowest). :)

Interview

I was part of campus placement after my diploma ,three rounds were conducted . Communication , technical and HR round. In first round only introduction and hobbies were asked .In technical networking questions were asked and in HR round they told me to choose a topic and speak on it for 2 mins.
