FAce to Face interview . 3 rounds of interview with all senior managemnet and on HR round. HR round was very easy. process took almost 3-4 weeks for final closure. Package hike was around 15% from current salary

Interview
Process is smooth. Good rounds of discussion. HR interview is good. Did not took much time to proceed further. Technical round was both telephonic and F2F. Interviewer is technically sound and expects much information while asking questions. If you are clear with the technology then its a piece of cake for you to crack the round.

Interview
We had a GD followed by two interviews. One was the technical interview and the other was the HR interview. GD naturally we had a banking topic. Next came technical interview. I was asked a lot of marketing concepts and application based questions. HR focussed mainly on my comfort level with the job.I was asked few other sundry things too.
