The JD shared was different from expectation. During the interview, they ask for our roles currently and just send out without even a single question asked, stating that the JD doesn't match. They could have said this while they shortlist itself. This happened to me thrice and with my friends as well. IN one of the interviews, I was the only candidate available for AS400 skill. The panel asked irrelevant questions and finally declared JD doent match.
