Basically they want to check your communication skills and personality. So, show them that you have it in you....show them you really want to work in the company...impress them and dress up nicely.

First we go through communication and then go for next step. The interviewer is very friendly and talkative. Be active listener and answer the questions properly. And have a fluent English and be confident about what you speak.
