You may be contacted by an external agency who will meet you at HCL. You will be given a basic IT test. You will be required to pass the test before getting interviewed. They also have non technical jobs that do no require a test. If you are interviewed the help desk will ask whether you can work 24/7 or rotating shifts, although those shifts may covered by the off shore HCL service desks, very few in the US Cary office, they just want to know if you are willing to be flexible. If you are, and they are ramping up for a new project your staffing agent may call you within a few hours to offer you the job.

They just arranged a group discussion in 1st round and they arrange for one to one with manager. That's just a generic discussion only. So it's kinda fine only. For fresher this one is ok.
