It's total of 3-4 round of interview process. 2 round of technical interview with panel followed by 1 round of HR interview. However it takes long time to fill all formalities and documentation.

They checked the knowledge about ITIL with more focus on change management.

Interview
The interview was not difficult but post interview the HR low balled me which is very disappointing. Something was discussed, something else was offered. I have 17yrs of exp, I was promised E3.2 band which is again lower one for my experience, then in offer gave E3. I checked with 10 different existing HCL employees and there are many things HR have not disclosed. I also knew I very clearly am eligible for E4 band and was confirmed by 6 different current employees. The salary was also very very very low with no market correction just because I have low salary now. India will never change. This is sad and reason why people leave the country. Though client offers it, the same doesn't reach the end employee
