I applied online. I interviewed at HCL (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Very un-organised, and very sub contracting layers which includes lots of middle man. Managers are very corrupt and asking money up-front. They hire for one client and ask you to go for another client. No respect for family values and personal preferences.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HCL (Bengaluru) in Apr 2025
Interview
Unfair interview process, merely depends on the moron who takes the Interview. No matter how good you may do, if the Interviewer doesn't like you, they reject. No process, no criteria, no panel, it's a one man decision.

Several questions on end to end product management, processes, methods, frameworks, APIs , what not everything. You answer everything but don't get selected the reason the Interviewer is simply jealous and don't want to keep a competition , so decided and rejected.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HCL in Oct 2022
Interview
It was a really nice interview process. I got to the third round. I was really disappointed that when I followed up, they told me it would be another week. I waited another 3 before sending another follow up and was ghosted. I thought that was extremely unprofessional. I understood that I might not be right for the position, but was disappointed that a company that seemed so great, refused to just tell me they had moved in a different direction.
