The process was very smooth with 1 technical and 1 HR round. Both these interviews were completed within 2 weeks. Technical round was taken by folks from the project itself and HR round was more about compensation and benefits.

HR rounds , written exams etc are impartial. And provide a competitive scope for the interview.
The drive was not organised properly .however post selection the offer letter and joining process was absolutely smooth with clear information and communication.no hassels
