Contacted by recruitment firm which is not HCL. Silverlink technologies was the firm. Terrible english from both recruitment firm and HCL itself. I spoke to at least 6 different persons before I actually got to talk with someone from the office where is was supposed to work. Location was Malmö, Sweden. Phone interview with boss from swedish offices followed by technical interview. Both these were very good. Pretty easy. 3 different phone calls where people told me that they were going to give me and offer. A bunch of strange short phonecalls from persons in India which i really cant see the purpose of. Background check from external company. HCL had no understanding that criminal record take a month to get in sweden. Got numerous phone calls about this. Got offer online in a terrible online portal with wrong and incomplete instructions. Terrible IP clause. Three different titles were flying around in the conversation of which the one on the contract hadnt been mentioned before. When i declined the offer I got very angry and rude phonecalls about it. I do not recommend working with this company at all! Worst recruitment experience I have had.
