The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HCL (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2018
Interview
There was a phone screen and a basic skill screening before I spoke to the hiring manager by phone. He told me to expect an offer, then scheduled an onsite interview, which turned out to be sort of an onboarding process. At the end, he told me to chase down my offer with their HR if I hadn't heard back in the next 90 minutes.
At that point, we'd discussed a salary range and had no discussion of benefits. When I left the hiring manager's office there was another suited individual waiting to speak to him. I overheard enough to know I wouldn't be the only new PM.
The offer came three days later. Still no discussion of salary or benefits until I prompted them for information.
There's nothing about this that felt legit. I'm thinking they have some immediate and urgent need and were looking to throw bodies at it and that the job would disappear once that urgency was gone. There's no other way this process made sense.

Unfair interview process, merely depends on the moron who takes the Interview. No matter how good you may do, if the Interviewer doesn't like you, they reject. No process, no criteria, no panel, it's a one man decision.

Several questions on end to end product management, processes, methods, frameworks, APIs , what not everything. You answer everything but don't get selected the reason the Interviewer is simply jealous and don't want to keep a competition , so decided and rejected.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HCL in Oct 2022
Interview
It was a really nice interview process. I got to the third round. I was really disappointed that when I followed up, they told me it would be another week. I waited another 3 before sending another follow up and was ghosted. I thought that was extremely unprofessional. I understood that I might not be right for the position, but was disappointed that a company that seemed so great, refused to just tell me they had moved in a different direction.
