One technical round takes 1 and half hour .Asked to write programming for parama padham logic and other question average and answerable. then manager round just phone asking about project and when can join...then HR also asked when can join.

It's good, question will be only from resume. Prepare it well. You can clear easily if u prepare well. Prepare your older experience also. Be confident and do well. Be good on job description.
It was a very good process which included two rounds of technical interview and one round of HR Interview. I had 27 month of work you said that time and was having issues to negotiate the salary as they have a capping for giving salary for people less than three years.
