Detailed questions about Switching and Routing. Covered vlan,vtp.stp,stp protection features,ether channels. In routing detailed questions about each dynamic routing protocols like ospf,bgp and eigrp. Questions related to PBR was also there.

Well, the interview quite simple to HCL, your have a set of 5 in a panel who go through your proficiency in language, communications and technical ability, also few tricky questions would be thrown in here and there. but what ever your answer is please be confident in letting them know.

first there was resume shortlisting , then the second round was group discussion in which there were 15 candidates and had to speak for or against the given topic after that there was technical interview in which most of the questions were from data communication and networking then HR round which was cool ...be yourself if you are good at basics thats enough
