HR processing is slow and back ground verification involves lot of documentation. Overall it is a good experience. It generally involves general telephonic discussion, technical telephonic discussion and a face to face interview.

There were 2 rounds and mostly skill based questions were asked. Also situation based questions were asked. I was also asked about my previous experience. I was also given details of what the new role would be and how I can fit my skills fir this role.

Interview
The interview process was done online. I had the first HR round over call asking for basic questions and then subsequently got interviewed by a manager and vice president on more technical/related topics. Received the offer almost immediately within 2 days.
