I have applied through the recruitment agency. This was a technical face to face interview. interview was based on your entire experience and knowledge based on your knowledge. They wanted a person with knowledge of spring and hibernate but I had no idea on spring. So I was not able to get the job.

As the placement process held in my campus the process went quite easy .Its Simple with introduction and project discussions and dsa quetions.they are not totally willing to take candidates of java as of now i feel and they r prefering .net pogramers

El proceso fue muy confuso, el entrevistador técnico fue muy ambiguo con las preguntas y parecía no estar enterado del puesto al que aplicaba. Cambio la fecha de entrevista 3 veces
it is worst experience i had with hcl it take 4 round after that it ghost whole clg.it is pool drive opporunity in bhopal.i is easy to crack.It had first resume shortlsting,appitute roung,gd round,ai interview round.all rounds are online.
