Interview
Normally HCL takes three to four interview rounds, which also includes HR screening process. After hiring there is three days inductions program. It is advised to check for logistics if you are moving from different city. They do provide temporary accommodation for weeks time after hiring for outstation employees.
Easy questions and answers and there are two interview rounds.
1st round is easy and 2nd is deep technical and no need to panic.
Ask for atleast 40% of salary hike
I had 3 rounds of interview which took me nearly 2 hours. The interview was difficult. There was a HR round, technical round and interview with VP. However, I managed to Crack it.
First round profile screening
2nd round will be technical round which will be taken by technical manager and technical lead of the project.
