Interview
Written test, english written , verbal communication , HR round conducted , Technical round consisting of questions on networking C , C++ , projects worked on in college level. It was a 3 day POOL Campus recruitment process in our college campus BBD lucknow, students all over lucknow participated and a very few were shortlisted after 5 rounds conducted by HCL.
Interview was with a team lead. Bery smooth and easy hiring process. Just left after a year cos no salary increment. It became my stepping stone to pursue higher roles externally
First round will be assessment round which you should pass and later HR will schedule your next round with offshore manager, once you pass the next round and you will be schedule for next round with onshore manager
Interview process was smooth. Had an aptitude test, once cleared there was a technical coding interview. That's it my offer was confirmed after clearing both the interviews. Aptitude was conducted at the HCL campus and coding interview was online. Immediately they sent an offer letter after clearing the technical round.
