You first interview with the HCL manager and then the manager and VP of the department you would get assigned to. That was my experience. It was a group interview the second time around.
It was for a consultant role. Eventually turned out a scam call keeping me in wait and nobody showed up or repsonded back to my calls and queries. This is exhausting for people who move to a new place and are struggling to break the ice and enter the system in a new place.
Once resume is short listed , tag team would reach candidate for further interview process. Schedule for the call, arrange for TP1. There would be 2 technical discussions followed by the HR.
