I got selected in my campus, there is a technical round followed by HR, questions are on basic C, database, oops concepts and coding logics. commuunication skills are must. The interview process is very comfortable and the questions are very basic. Anyone can confidently attend the interview. All the best!
Not so easy selection process. Coding to be done in a third party system. Interview questions are very basic. Asking about if any previous experience handling cloud based projects and challenges faced.

Interviews are good with average level of questions. HCL worries only when it gives hike to the employees. No hike or single digit hike wont give enough career growth which affect you at the long run.
