I applied online. I interviewed at HDR (Folsom, CA) in Sep 2017
Interview
It was my first interview after graduating. Smooth, quick, and relaxed discussion. Had no technical questions, only described the position and advertised their company. Pretty simple and straightforward. Manager even took me out to lunch after and paid for it.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at HDR
Interview
Very laid back, super friendly environment. Overall great work environment. People were very honest and easy to talk to. They were great at working with me and communicating about what I am looking for and how that could fit into the company. They were also great at answering all the questions I had. Thank you HDR for the welcoming environment.
The interview was great. Did not feel any sense of pressure. The Interview was not technical at all. You can say it was a bit informal, but professional. I was asked about my t, why, i choose HDR and where do i see my self in the future.
