I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HDR (Newark, NJ) in Apr 2014
Interview
Initial response through e-mail and set up phone interview with HR person. After that, set up interview in person. A second interview was then arranged. After the second interview, they never got back to me. Even though I followed up properly after each of the three interviews, they did not even just send a polite letter to let me know they decided to pursue other candidates.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at HDR
Interview
Very laid back, super friendly environment. Overall great work environment. People were very honest and easy to talk to. They were great at working with me and communicating about what I am looking for and how that could fit into the company. They were also great at answering all the questions I had. Thank you HDR for the welcoming environment.
The interview was great. Did not feel any sense of pressure. The Interview was not technical at all. You can say it was a bit informal, but professional. I was asked about my t, why, i choose HDR and where do i see my self in the future.
