The entire process from applying to interviewing and being hired was quite simple. The interview was brief and relaxed. After being offered the job, I was required to have fingerprinting done for clearance to work. Then, I was ready for orientation which was another simple process!

While greeting students in the morning, if a child told you they wanted to be left alone and not bothered all day, how would you respond?
Very comfortable casual interview. Simple conversation more or less to gauge inter personal abilities. No technical or skills related questions. Liklley just a formality and precaution to keep any ill fitting canidates out of the position- which is very high need in terms of open positions.
