Thorough but informal process. The focus is very much on cultural fit and desire to be a team player. Skills came later. Met with the hiring manager by phone several times, then went in for a long day of interviews with 8-10 people, including c-suite.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at HG Insights (Santa Barbara, CA) in Jul 2020
Interview
Very thorough and disciplined approach, with an emphasis on over-communication. First round interviews with HR were detailed and clear, setting good expectations for the remainder of the process. Subsequent rounds were always professional and it was clear the interviewees had prepared and were ready for the discussion. Always clarity on next steps. Special attention to make connection during pandemic and the change in process that made it nearly impossible for in-person interviews.
