It was quite a lengthy and extensive process, including 6 interviews and an assignment and took over a month for the entire course. However, everyone involved in the interview was candid and authentic, and they helped me glide through the process. They made me feel comfortable and asked just the right questions, and even helped me understand about my role, responsibilities and the organisation in detail.
