I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HGA (San Jose, CA) in Sep 2012

Interview

One hour long interview with 2 people during lunch time. We had sandwiches and chips. The questions were pretty basic. I don't remember being asked anything too difficult. I brought my portfolio of previous work to review. They asked general questions about previous projects, but nothing out of the ordinary.
