I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at HGA
Interview
It was an interesting experience. HR person did not show up to the interview and manager had someone else come instead. Asked me a lot of questions about my current employer and the company structure. Interesting projects and very nice office space. Expanding rapidly. Board was in town during my visit so office was a buzz. Seems to have nice social aspects to the office.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at HGA (Rochester, MN) in Oct 2023
Interview
Everyone throughout the process has been fantastic. It was extensive and well organized which helped me feel confident that HGA has high expectations and is a well-oiled machine. I am very excited for this new journey and to grow into the firm and teams that build it.
