The interview process was thorough and personable. The first interview was with the recruiter, followed by the department manager. The next two interviews were with the department manager and the department principal. The final interview included the two design principals. In total, I met with HGA five times. HGA was open to understanding my salary requirements early on before getting too deep into the interviews. It was important to me that I find a good fit in terms of personality mix and career growth, as this role had leadership requirements. I appreciated the multiple interviews.
