I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HITT Contracting in Aug 2018
Interview
It was an interesting process. The interview was in a group setting. We were given a tour of the office, job site, and then lunch which was informal with two other employees. After lunch, we proceeded to have 3 1-on-1 interviews. It was very organized but a little overwhelming. When we were done, we left and HR told us they would call back in a week. Although, weeks went by without getting a call back so I guess it was no offer.
