Over the phone interview with the HKA (MIDCOM) represenative, who then set up an interview with the employeer. I never met the HKA employee. I got my interview with the hiring company and knew within a week that they wanted to hire me. It then took a very long time to hear about the next steps and I was continually having to call and ask the HKA employee the status and most of the time he did not know. After being hired I hardly ever have contact with HKA besides sending my timesheet - which is one way communications, and their name is on the paystub!
