Self-introduction first. Then we talked about some questions related to the company. Also, we talk about the portfolio and previous experience as well. The whole process is nice and chill, but I don't think I fit their company nicely.

Over teams. There should be 3 people interviewing me but only 2 junior staff showed up. Feels more like a random conversation than serious interview. I feel something was going on in the background.

Interview
It was a 5-on-1 interview with the leaders of the office and some entry-level architectural designers. It was an intense set up. They have your portfolio up on a screen for you when you walk and start quizzing you pretty quickly. However, the culture seemed playful and quickly became a very interesting conversation.
