Super enjoyable. People were extremely friendly and conversation was really easy and comfortable. The interview felt more like a conversation, very engaging, the people who interviewed me were very interested in my work and me as a person.
The interview process at HKS was organized and friendly. The team emphasized collaboration, design thinking, and cultural fit. Recruiters communicated clearly, and everyone I met seemed genuinely passionate about architecture and the firm’s mission.
