first applied online, talked about archi design portfolio with two architects, then go through task. result was sent through email a week later. the whole process is really quick, they are really friendly.
Go straight to the portfolio presenting a few projects I am most interested in. 15mins quick interview- be well prepared and familiar the details of your project before the meeting would help
Apply through web, and then wait for the interview invitation. Apply multiple locations to make sure that you got more chance for getting an offer cuz each location has some connection about the projects.
