There are three stages. If you make it through the interviews, you will come into the office for the final interview. During the interviews you will meet with the Regional Director and a few others to discuss your portfolio more in-depth and what you want to gain from the company.

virtual interview with office director, not too many questions just personal introduction and portfolio review and then q and a part. pretty chill and not very intense glad they are interviewing all the candidate and takes long time to get the answer
They are active in career fairs and mentorship networking. May need to interview at an event/over the phone before being granted a formal interview. They were flexible with in person or virtual interviews.

Very slow response overall, disappeared for over a month with no updates before asking for a 3rd round of interview, and then disappeared after that interview with no updates again.
