I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at HKS (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2024
Interview
Two people interviewed me and gave a brief introduction of themselves and the company. Then I was asked to introduce one/two projects in the portfolio, and then an office tour.
Great interview. Interviewers took their time to get to know me and my qualifications. The conversation was productive and was about 30 minutes long. Overall I had a positive experience during the interview process.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HKS in Mar 2023
Interview
I had a virtual interview on zoom with two recruiters/architects. The conversation went well and they seemed interested and engaged. However, the interview was timed and they had to jump to the next person. I still had a lot of questions for them so I emailed them to follow up. No one got back to me for two weeks so I emailed them again and nothing. I find it disrespectful and disappointing to interview someone just to ghost them.
