Was invited to the office for a one on one which lasted about an hour. Met the team and proceeded to meet with leaders to discuss actual upcoming projects. Given an offer within a week.

Pretty standard. They invited me into the office and asked me to present my portfolio right away. I met with 3 people total. They gave me an office tour and asked if I was applying with any other company in the area, too.
