I had a phone interview and was asked to complete an online psychometric assessment. Then two weeks later I had an on-site interview with department manager and had to complete a cognitive ability test with 50 questions in 12 minutes or less. Sidetone: Since I was not informed that I would be completing a form, I didn't bring my readers and struggled to read the fine print. The interview lasted one hour. Unfortunately I never heard back from HME after the interview even though the recruiter specifically indicated I would hear back from him in a week and a half at the latest. I emailed the recruiter after three weeks as follow-up and did not receive a reply either.
