BEHAVIOR BASE QUESTION, Most discuses previous work experience and where I see my self in next 5 years. Usually HR manger asked to fill up the forms and then store manager and location supervisor did the interview. HMS Host manage stores at Airport, therefore they require security clearance. So, even the interview go well, they want you to have airport clearance and preference is given to Canadian citizen or person living in Canada more the 5 years.

It's a simple process. You answer many of the same questions you answered on the online form. Managers ARE friendly; after all, they deal with people and employees all day. If you seem reasonable intelligent and are willing to do the work, they'll give you a chance. Your first time there will be a bit confusing because the employees and customers don't share a parking lot.
