HNTB Document Control Specialist interview questions

It was a very simple and organized process. The recruiter from the Corporate Office gave all the details, spoke with me personally and he set the tone from the beginning. The interview questions were on point, the interview process was structured well. I was very impressed with the two civil engineers who interviewed me, both happened to be female. I was very fortunate to end up working with them. Not only gifted and determined to deliver outstanding projects, they set the bar for excellence across the board. Participation in professional groups, the local community and the company is encouraged and rewarded. I felt at ease during the interview, afterwards I was called and received an email in a very timely manner. I was not left without hearing back for any length of time, for which I was grateful.
