It was very easy-going. The interviewers explained a lot about the firm from the structure to the projects they do. We went through couple of my projects in my portfolio, and had time for me to ask questions.

Interview
The interview consisted of a portfolio presentation followed by a discussion with several team members. Most of the questions focused on my project experience, technical skills, multidisciplinary collaboration, and why I was interested in the position. The interview was conversational and gave me an opportunity to explain my design process and experience working on healthcare and institutional projects.
Informal, met with the head of the department, as well as some colleagues. Was brought in eventually for a second interview with some others, and eventually was offered a position.
