I applied through an agency. They got back to me for an interview quickly. The interview was pretty straight forward. They asked me to talk about myself, described the position and the company, and gave me scenarios and asked how I would respond.

I interviewed for Customer Service but they hired me for Marketplace Development because I had sales experience even though I didn't want or seek a sales job. They did not tell me I would be scheduled for day shifts, night shifts and weekend shifts. I personally came from a 9-5 job so it really didn't occur to me about overnight or weekend shifts.
