HP Hood QA Manager interview questions

It was a pretty standard interview process. Started off being screened by HR personnel, then spoke with the hiring manager for the position over video chat. Was told there would be a follow up. After investing time in this, it would have been nice to get a response from HR saying anything. It's frustrating to be ghosted by potential employers in the age of technology.
