Good and reasonable, not too difficult. 1 online Assessment, 1 round of phone interview, 2 round of on-site interview. The time and process is relatively long, the interview is not hard.

aptitude test- reading bar charts and analysing them, situational questions and mathmatics- percentage changes and numerical statistics. i didnt reach the face to face interview stage but the aptitutde test took over an hour
