Telephone interviews are mostly competency based questions, questions such as "tell me about a time when you did OOO and how that applies to HSBC values"
Interviewer was all friendly . Interview with people from different level ranging from Associate to Director. Multiple rounds in one day. Started with a job simulation / Hirevue. Some brain teasers and technical question included.
It was a very smooth experience with no hiccups along the way. Asked about deal experience, technical questions, fit questions, as well as some brain teasers. Interviewers were generous in sharing when asked questions
