Interview was conducted by phone first and then round robin style one on one with manager and director. The Q's were pretty standard. Just a lot of personal info and the last position q's. Have to keep it light and display confidence in your skills. Personality counts for about 50% success in getting the job.
Recruitment agency will contact based on screening of resume and job description mostly ask behaviour questions. Second round with hiring manager and a senior technical person , this round consists of technical questions, mostly this is the final round

Its very slow process.. takes more than months. I recommend them to improvise on the pace. Face to face interviews happened almost 20 days after the telephonic round. please try to improve the interview process overall. .
