I applied online. I interviewed at HSBC (Singapore) in Feb 2018
Interview
Quite ok. Be properly dressed and trimmed. Be confident. Be prepared to answer the typical interview questions such as strengths and weaknesses, how to value-add the current team and maybe how will you overcome in times of difficulties. Some financial knowledge will suffice.
The interview was a Face to face interview, short apt test is required after application submission. When interview was asked about behavioral questions and previous working experiences related to the role.
It was a smooth process. There were 2 rounds of interview. The first round was completely technical where I was asked questions about my experience, projects and given a couple of technical questions. The second round was more techno-managerial where I was given some scenarios to understand my approach.
