phone interview
I have never done a phone interview before..only face to face. And without looking at the facial expression of the interviewer (feedback), it's harder to adjust the length and direction of my answer. Thus I was more nervous than usual.
I think the best place to do the phone interview might be your current company's meeting room XD. Because it's a bit weird to do a 30 mins business call at your home. The questions are those you can expect. It won't be too difficult. Get prepared and you will be fine.
Starting from Individual presentation, selling a product to showcase your skills around 3min, group discussion with around 8ppl last for around 10min, then same group of ppl participate in group game and follow up by self review. All in Cantonese.

Interview
After online interview round, you will be informed whether you are chose to join AC round. In AC round, they would have 10 candidates for each group. Each group will be given a mini case, around 30 mins to discuss then present in front of the judges. Idk but seems like they like aggressive ones.
They gave me a video interview. There were 5 or 6 questions to answer. I don't remember the exact number. You would have several seconds to read the question and would have several seconds to prepare. Then it would record your answers.
