The application process was as follows:
The first step was applying online with your CV and filling your education and other details.
Next, you are invited to a virtual Job Simulation, which consists of video questions, situational judgement, personality and writing an email.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (Hong Kong) in Oct 2023
Interview
The process starts off with an hour-long values-based test accompanied by a data analysis test and then moves on to a job simulation accompanied by online interview questions. After that, HR asked me for my transcript and proof of a visa in the country I applied for.
